Red Quinoa

Instructions:
To cook, rinse quinoa in cold water and add 1 cup of quinoa to 2 cups of water or broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and enjoy.
