
Couscous
Serve as a side dish or add to salads for a more substantial meal.
Instructions:
- Bring 1 and 1/2 cups of water or broth to a boil.
- Stir in 1 cup of couscous, reduce heat to low, and cover.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and add desired seasonings (such as olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs) and mix well.
